Promoting wine tourism opportunities in the Eastern United States
Brian Yost writes and publishes "The Virginia Grape," which started strictly as a blog about Virginia wine. Beginning in late 2014, Brian began to branch out and cover the wine industry in other underrepresented areas in the Eastern United States.
Brian is a long-time resident of Charlottesville, Virginia, which is in the heart of Central Virginia wine country. In addition to his blog, he writes winery profiles for American Winery Guide. He has also contributed articles to Midwest Wine Press and a handful of Virginia publications.
Brian is also strives to cover "the entire world of wine." He previously served as Editor in Chief of Wine Tourist Magazine and Editor in Chief of Middleburg Life a Northern Virginia lifestyle magazine.

Anne Miaral-Yost is an avid traveler, foodie and wine lover. In earlier incarnations, Anne earned her Masters Degree from University of the Philippines and a Law Degree from San Beda College of Law. After school, she went on to own and operate a series of successful small businesses, before settling in Charlottesville Virginia. While not busy with the blog, Anne works for a local law firm. She also loves to entertain, because it provides a platform for practicing her significant culinary skills.
Anne is the key to spreading awareness of the Virginia Grape and East-Coast wineries through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
